Read the general conditions of sale (the “CGV”) carefully before using the fabienne-blanc.fr site. These may be subject to change to take into account applicable regulations. It is specified that these General Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of works.

1. Order on the site

To order on the fabienne-blanc.fr website, the user must create a user account in their name containing the information essential to processing the order (name, billing address, delivery address, contact details, etc. ... For more complete information on this subject, please consult the privacy policy of the site.

Procedure for ordering one or more work(s) on the site:

  • 1. By visiting the site, see the works offered in the different categories.
  • 2. Select the work(s) you want and add them to your basket.
  • 3. Once your purchases are complete, you access the order page which summarizes all the works chosen, as well as the total price of your order. Before validating your basket, please check that the characteristics of the works correspond to your choice. No changes can be made after placing your order!
  • 4. Then, if you order works, once your basket is validated, they will be delivered by a carrier (the price of the order includes delivery) or by post for works in paper format not exceeding A4 format (the price of the order includes cancellation).
  • 5. Choose your payment method, accept all the Terms and proceed to secure payment for your order
  • 6. You will then receive an email confirming your order.

An order is considered validated once payment has been made and confirmed by our Paypal service provider.

An order may be canceled for a legitimate reason, in particular in the following cases:

  • 1. When there is an obvious error in the description of the work or the price (for example when a price is clearly derisory).
  • 2. The work is no longer available, at the time of purchase, it was damaged and any other reason preventing its marketing.
  • 3. In the event of payment default

2. Price

The price of my works is indicated in euros and must be considered inclusive of all taxes, the Fabienne Blanc company being under the simplified accounting system and therefore not subject to VAT.

It includes shipping costs, customs fees and taxes for countries subject to them.

My works are sold in France, Europe and internationally.

Fabienne Blanc reserves the right to modify the price of works sold at any time. The price applicable to your order is that mentioned when validating your basket.

The price of my works takes into account possible wear of the frame. However, if the customer wishes, a discount can be made, to be discussed with the customer.

NOTE: unframed works have a lower selling price than the price of already framed works.

3. Order payment

Payment methods
Payment is made online by credit card or PayPal account according to the terms of use and the responsibility of PayPal, the only one authorized to confirm the status of the transaction.
Once the transaction completed, it will be delivered.
After confirmation of payment by the payment center, your bank account or PayPal account will be debited after a maximum period of 4 working days following the date of the order.

Secure payment
Redirection to the PayPal service provider which secures the transaction. The site fabienne-blanc.fr does not store any financial data.

4. Delivery / Delivery times

Your orders are delivered to France, Europe and internationally, with a tracking number.
The tracking number will be communicated to the customer at their email address.
The order will be considered completed after delivery. receipt of the package by the customer, the carrier's slip being taken as proof.

Your attention is drawn to the following points:

  • In certain cases, it is possible that deliveries may be made in several installments if you have ordered several works. In this case, you are always informed.
  • Delivery times are two to five working days depending on the destinations
  • If the package is returned to the sender following the impossibility of delivering it, you will be automatically notified by email specifying the reshipment arrangements.

5. In case of change of mind / Returns

The work does not meet your expectations:
You have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal from:
- receipt of the work;
Please note: If the aforementioned 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, then your right of withdrawal is extended to the following working day.

How do I return a work to me ?
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you can withdraw:
• Select the work(s) that you you wish to return. No handling of your return will be carried out by me, it will be up to you to choose your method of return by informing me via my mailbox: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Or by completing the withdrawal form available on the fabienne-blanc.fr website belonging to the company Fabienne blanc and returning it:

Once the return request has been registered, you must return your work within a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days. To do this:
• Prepare your package by repackaging the works in their original packaging or, failing that, suitable packaging (see “Important” point below), slip the return form inside,
• Finally, drop off your package at the post office or at a collection point so that it can be sent to the following address:
Fabienne BLANC, 4bis rue Anselme Payen, 75015 PARIS.
Note: For logistical and traceability reasons, no hand delivery of the work(s) can be accepted at the address indicated .
Important: For the returned work(s) to be accepted, they must be returned in a condition allowing them to be put back on sale, that is to say it is necessary that:
• The returned works are suitably packaged so that they are not damaged during transport. To do this, make sure to protect them properly, ideally in their original packaging.
Also remember to accompany your products with all the information allowing you to identify the order concerned by your return (surname, first name, address, order number).
Cost of return:
If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the return costs are your responsibility:
- You pay the return costs directly to the carrier you choose.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
You will not be able to exercise your right of withdrawal for:
- works made to order
Refund:
Exercising the right of withdrawal gives rise to a refund of the sums paid at the latest fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the package, if the package is in good condition allowing it to be put back on sale.
The refund will be made to your PayPal account.

6. Guarantees

All works benefit from legal guarantees.

The legal guarantee of conformity applies when the work presents in particular a defect not specified in the description thereof on the site.

The works will not be able to benefit from legal guarantees for reasons of which the buyer will have been informed in the description of the work offered for sale on the site.

7. Your data

During your visit to the Site, your data may be subject to computer processing. I invite you to refer to the privacy policy.

8. Disputed case

The General Conditions of Sale (CGV) of the Site fabienne-blanc.fr belonging to the company Fabienne BLANC, are subject to French law. Each order is subject to the General Terms and Conditions in force on the day it is placed. In the event of a dispute, contact Fabienne BLANC in order to find a solution to the problem together:

In the event that no amicable solution is found, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
